The Annual Picnic

Join us for the
2024 Annual Picnic!

This year, the Marblehead Democratic Town Committee is holding an outdoor family picnic in the rear of the Marblehead Veteran’s School. We have planned a fun-filled afternoon with a variety of activities for the kids, including a bouncy castle, kids' star search with music from our own Gus Percy and Liz Tauro, special entertainment from the popular comedian Jimmy Tingle, and a few words from our Democratic officeholders.

We’ll have food trucks that will be serving up great fare Lala’s Woodfire pizza, Mad Dogz hot dogs, Terry’s Ice Cream, and MELT.

Your support funds scholarships for our politically active MHS students, helps to cover the operating expenses of our committee, and above all, makes contributions to our Democratic candidates.

 This is a great opportunity for building community. It’s going to be an enjoyable day so bring the whole family and tell your friends!

Please join us for this inspiring get-together held each summer by the MDTC. The event will support the MDTC and the Edwin L. and Selma L. Goldberg Scholarship which is given each year to one or more members of the Marblehead High School graduating class to encourage civic engagement, interest in government and participation in the political process.
